Trakr beta release

Trakr is a clean and easy to use issue tracking system. It is useful for developers, individual professionals, and teams of various trades. We still have quite a few features in the pipeline, but because Trakr at its currently state is already a very stable and useful too, we are releasing the beta version in the hope that some early users will find it helpful.
